First of all, sorry for the time it's taken to finish this, but it's finally done!
Within the Modern side, the four top seeds are: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Minecraft, Xenoblade Chronicles & Assassin's Creed: Revelations!
The bottom four seeds are: Zelda: Skyward Sword, Kingdom Hearts 2, Dark Souls, & Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Within the Classic side, the four top seeds are: Star Wars: KOTOR, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario 64 & Super Mario Bros. 3.
The bottom four seeds are: Paperboy, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Paper Mario & E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial.
